Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing our handmade products.

Each item is individually handcrafted after your order is placed. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations, small imperfections, or minor differences may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade products.

Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds:
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the item has been shipped.

We do not support:
- Returns after delivery
- Refunds for minor imperfections
- Refunds without returning the item

Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged, defective beyond reasonable handmade variations, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and provide a reasonable solution.
